Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is a technique used to achieve better outcomes for some complex business-related problems, whereby the selection of best alternative can be made in as many cases possible. This paper proposes model, multi-criteria support method, that allows both service providers and consumers maximize their profits while preserving matching process resource allocation task scheduling. The increasing number with different provision capabilities creates an issue seeking select provider. Each consumer seeks provider based on various preferences, such price, quality, time complete tasks. In literature, problem viewed from perspectives, investigating how enhance scheduling process, improve consumers’ trust, deal network problems. offers novel model considers preferences find available each consumer. First, adopts best-worst method (BWM) gather prioritize tasks providers’ preferences. Then, calculates matches similarities between sets consumer’s side provider’s using two proposed algorithms. complexity algorithms found O(n3).
